SHIPPING ORIGIN:
NUBALKIA products are shipped from our European fulfillment center, ensuring delivery times of 5-14 business days within the EU, UK, and selected international destinations. This fulfillment strategy is designed to minimize customs delays for European and UK customers.
RETURNS PROCESSING CENTER:
All authorized returns are centralized through our designated returns center. The specific return address will be communicated to you upon validation of your return request by contacting hello@nubalkia.com.
IMPORTANT: Please do NOT send returns directly to our registered office address (167-169 Great Portland Street). Unauthorized returns sent to this address will not be processed or refunded. All returns must follow the procedure outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
